Tried it out and it's verifiably great.
- Oven 325
- Wash potatoes - don't poke, no oil, no salt
- Place potatoes in the middle of the rack
- Bake for 90 mins
When everything lines up perfectly you can beat Mike Tyson in 1:59 seconds. Wow

I've been a big fan of Obsidian and have been using it for personal note taking. One thing that has bothered me was whenever you use parenthesis () or brackets {}, it auto-completes the bracket and leaves your cursor in the middle. This is a pretty standard pattern for coding IDE's but felt it was a bit off for a notes app. It also means that you have to move your right hand away from the home keys in order to get out of the closing parenthesis. I usually don't have a problem with this when it comes to coding, but when you're taking notes, it can be a bit cumbersome. Until I found the tab-out plugin for Obsidian. Apparently tab-out is a common plugin that's used for Visual Studio Code and an Obsidian counterpart is now available.
